1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across India. Some remote pin codes may have extended delivery timelines or additional surcharges — you will be notified before checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹20,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹20,000 incur a flat delivery charge of ₹999.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 7–10 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 10–14 business days
- Remote areas: 14–21 business days
4. White-Glove Delivery
Our trained delivery team will bring the furniture to the room of your choice, assemble it where applicable, and remove all packaging waste — at no extra cost.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also track orders from your account dashboard.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at delivery time, we will attempt redelivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order will return to our warehouse and rescheduling charges may apply.
