Refund & Returns

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Custom-made, made-to-order, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Initiating a Return

Email returns@kraftik.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will schedule a free pickup within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Prepaid orders receive the full order value; COD orders receive a bank transfer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size, colour, or fabric variants subject to availability. Initiate an exchange the same way as a return; any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom / bespoke orders
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
